Introduction
The internal control system of Tessitura e Stamperia Luigi Verga is outlined in the so-called 'Model 231' (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001), first formalized by a resolution of the Board of Directors on July 29, 2023, and periodically updated following corporate and/or regulatory changes.
231 Model
The Model 231 comprises a comprehensive and structured set of principles, rules, and provisions concerning our Company’s organizational-operational structure, reporting, and regulatory management.
Together with the Code of Ethics, Model 231 serves as a reference tool for managing the control system of sensitive activities, aimed at preventing the risk of committing the offenses outlined in Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, and at excluding the Company from the administrative liability associated with them.
Ethical Code
The Code of Ethics outlines the general principles of transparency, fairness, and professionalism that guide the Company in conducting its business.
The member of the Supervisory Body, who reports to General Management, is Attorney Barbara Anzani.
A more detailed description of the tasks and powers assigned to the Supervisory Body is provided in the following documents:
